Katherine O'Malley


Katherine O’Malley is a Policy Analyst with the Partnered Evidence-based Policy Resource Center at the VA Boston Healthcare System, in partnership with the Boston University School of Public Health. She received her MPH at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, with a specialization in public health and policy related to older adults. Katherine joins PEPReC with a background in health policy and advocacy for Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, focusing on policy around drug development, patient access and research. Her prior work centered on human subject research at Boston University’s Framingham Heart Study and Brandeis University’s Neurochemistry and Cognition Laboratory. Her public health interests include older adult health and wellness, cognition and decision-making capacity, elder abuse, and climate-related health outcomes.
